HTC sues Apple for violation of 20 patents in the iPhone


Apple Inc has announced a few hours ago has filed a lawsuit against the group HTCCorp, because in his view, the phone maker (very fashionable right now to develop the new Android 2.1 Google Nexus One) has violated a total of 20 Apple patents related to user interface and hardware of the iPhone.
Since 2007 Apple popularized in phones with touch screens, when it launched the iPhone, many have had suspicions about the violation of patents on many of the other manufacturers by the need to be at the same level of technology.
