LG Electronics has announced the X300, an ultra-thin premium mobile PC with sleek and stylish look that wowed visitors at CES 2010 in Las Vegas. At CES, the 17.5 mm thick LGX300 netbook is formally been announced as going on sale this month to South American, Asian and Middle East countries. It's worth considering if you're wanting a Windows 7 netbook.
The LG measures 970g and is only 17.5mm thick it's very much nice to handle. The X300 is powered by intel's Atom Z500 processor. Intel's GMA 500 graphics is also incorporated. The pearl white finish and border less touch pad adds a touch of class to the whole unit.
The webcam integrated in this is 1.3 MP. And an advanced 3G modem has been built in to seamless connectivity through almost every possible network including GPRS, GSM HSDPA UMTS and Edge Wi Fi and a cell battery capable of giving back up of up to 7 long hours. No compromise in sound LG has incorporated its famous SRS TruSurround HD sound system. This means you would enjoy crystal sound during audio or video conferencing.Thanks to its fan-less, silent operation, the portable PC is also extremely quiet to run, while the LG Smart Pack – LG's smartest software suite for PC users – ensures the LG X300 is easy to use, even for novices.
