This system does not allow a first time purchase applications. It would be set up to provide "services" on smartphones (Payment of a concert ticket example).
Paypal could be available during the second quarter 2010 on Iphone in the first place.
One might consider, then, Paypal as a payment method alternative to Google Checkout (and Itunes on the Iphone).
Would you be willing to use the leaves to move from a service made in Google ?
