Firefox 3.0: the end is near

Version 3.0 of Mozilla's browser is the end of life. After a final update scheduled for March 30 next, Firefox 3.0 will officially no longer supported by Mozilla.

Firefox is dead, long live Firefox

Users of Firefox 3.0 will therefore soon be invited to pass to a newer version. Released in June 2008, this version has lived almost two years (and have experienced 19 upgrades) before disappearing. Versions 3.5 and 3.6 of Firefox is now recommended for users of this version.

This version will still experienced exceptional longevity, Mozilla has the habit of abandoning his versions obsolete six months after the release of new versions. Still, both versions are still maintained by Mozilla at present.
